Licensing & Usage
Included by Default (no extra charge)
• Perpetual organic usage on the client’s own channels (website, IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, email).
• R&R may also post a feature on its channels (as agreed) and list the client on the relevant City Hub page.
Paid Advertising & Whitelisting License (per asset)
If the client will run the video as a paid ad (Boost/Ads Manager) or use whitelisting (RnRM grants ad access to run creative through RnRM’s handle), add:
• 90 days: $250
• 180 days: $400
• Perpetual: $900
Scope (digital): Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and client website. (Print/TV/OOH priced separately.)
Exclusivity: Not included by default; available on request (priced by region + duration). Edits/variants: Minor cutdowns for aspect ratio/text swaps included with license; new creative is a new asset/license.
Attribution: “Produced with Roots & Routes” tag on client posts.
